Empire Builder Formula
Empire Builder Formula is a 10-week online training course that takes you through a step-by-step process of developing a compelling investor narrative that uniquely positions your firm in the marketplace, devising a winning go-to-market capital raise strategy, building an investor pitch deck that will leave investors begging to invest with you and architecting, forming and launching your own real estate fund. Every other week there will be a 90 minute live online video presentation where the one or more training modules will be presented followed by a brief Q&A session. In addition to that, there will be a separate 60 minute "office hours" video call where participants can drop in and ask any questions they have about that weeks exercises. Each participant will be granted a 1-year membership to the bi-weekly mastermind group calls. In addition to that each participant is entitled to one 90-minute private coaching call with Lance.
