- WeĀ may send you a follow-up form to capture some additional information we'll need prior to entering it into the deal database.
- Once entered, we will provide you with a link to view the entire deal database so that you can review your submission.
- If your deal is a 506(b) offering. We will only list the name of your company, asset class(es) you invest in, a link to your website, your email and phone number. We will however intimate that you have an active offering but that in order to learn more about it they will need to establish a business relationship with you by setting up an introductory call before you will be able to share any further details about the deal.
